RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Because most of our products are made-to-order and in very small runs, we do not offer returns and will only accept exchanges for items in new condition. However, if you somehow receive an item with a defect or it fails in a completely unreasonable way, we'll do our best to make it right. Please contact us with any questions before ordering. All shipping for exchanges will be the responsibility of the buyer.

INTERNATIONAL SALES

All International sales are subject to that country’s import taxes and policies and our prices are not inclusive of VAT/Taxes. Mettle Cycling does not provide an updated cost of additional taxes for sales outside the U.S.

SHIPPING

Mettle Cycling utilizes the US Postal Service for all domestic and international shipping. Once international shipments entry another country’s point of entry, the USPS can no longer track the shipment with the exception of a final delivery notice. International orders usually take 10 days, however, some countries such as Australia, Singapore, S. Korea, and S. Africa do have longer shipping periods.

If your International order does not show up within 60 days, Mettle Cycling will file a claim on your behalf and contact you for help with providing the information. Once that claim has been verified, Mettle Cycling will either ship another replacement (pending available inventory) or refund your money.
